** *** did purchase a vehicle from our *** *** ***, Swiftwater store in March of 2016. The location that she purchased her vehicle from has since closed and all deals were mailed directly to PennDot. *** ***'s vehicle paperwork was processed on 06/10/and mailed to the address
on file of: *** **, Tobyhanna, Pa *** which is listed on her Pa Drivers License. When I contacted our title processor, *** (See attached letter) they stated that the registration had been returned to PennDot and is sitting in the unclaimed department. ** *** needs to call PennDot and have the registration released to mailable address at ###-###-####. Because the Swiftwater location is closed and we no longer issue registrations, that is the reason we have been unable to give ** *** any other paperwork.
