Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: for any contractor pictures should be self-explanatoryExpose nails, shingles cut too short, starter strip not installed correctly and holes in the roof not repaired correctlyToo many shortcuts taken on the whole projectThis whole situation could've been avoided had the contractor or a supervisor came and inspected the roofWith the way we have been treated and talk to has been very unprofessionalYour main objective has been to try and discredit the information that we have provided by licensed inspector's and to also threaten and curse people trying to arbitrate the situationContractor was hired in good faith and we expected to be treated fairlyPart of being a professional contractor is treating your customers in a professional mannerThat is all we have asked for but instead have spent too many hours in trying to resolve a problem that could have been resolved fairly Sincerely, [redacted]
Please note I had sent this response to the home owner on 11/16/2016Also ST Evans will agreed to repair only warranty items not personal preferences or items not specified by the insurances company.Please understand that some Accusations made by Mr. [redacted] are untrue statements and a form of slander which is against the law, This is an attempt to try and make his (story) believable.
