Your message today stated the business told you I had been contacted directly I have not been contacted other than what I related in my complaint when I filed it During my second conversation with *** as stated, he promised he would get back to me and I have heard nothing I once again apologize for such a small matter, but their utter refusal to deal with this has made it a bigger matter I have received no calls or messages on either my cell phone or my home phone This stupid thing has been going on since December 4!!!
