I had a confirmed reservation for piat the Virgin River casino, Mesquite, NV at 6:pm on June 20, 2017, with drop off at the Las Vegas, NV airportI witnessed the driver stop across the street and unload a passenger at the McDonalds He then proceeded onto the interstate without stopping at the Virgin River casino to pick me up I did not make it to the airp[ort to catch my flight back to Cleveland The Salt Lake Express representative said their driver said he stopped the the Virgin River and nobody was there for pickup This isn't true as I was there and saw where he stopped at the McDonald's across the street, which is NOT the designated pickup point
