went went to Miss *** home and completed the task with out complaint
we accepted her credit card number for payment
we ran the card and our account was credited the
proper amount
she called to say we ran it times because of her bank report
I talked to her told her we did not and I would check into this at once which I did
our bank confirmed that we had only received the proper amount, and the card had only been ran time through them
we called her bank; they were trying to look into it
I told her that her when her bank ran their reports that they would find their mistake and credit her account and she should call them to follow up, and if our account wascredited again we would rectify the matter from hereshe told me that she had a meeting set up with her bank for the following day to see how something so horrible could possible happen and to see who was responsiblei asked at that time if she could let me know on Monday if there was a problem; we could try to help her fix what ever it was
I never heard from her, and I am sure the bank saw what happened and took care of their error
why she filed a report is a a mystery to me; she said she was happy with the service, and her bank was at fault not us
