We are extremely apologetic about the complaint that was received toward Athena Real Estate Services and feel terrible that anyone was without power, or felt they were in danger, for any amount of time As soon as Athena Real Estate was made aware of this issue we promptly had our maintenance team at the location to inspect the damage After which, the limbs were removed and two days later an electrician was at the property and resolved the issue We were on the phone with several electricians, all of which were stating they couldn’t be out for several days, until we finally were able to have one out in record time As aforementioned, they showed up, resolved the issue, and IPL was notified immediately We are, again, extremely apologetic for the major inconvenience we have no doubt this caused We are not in the practice of doing poor business, and our first priority is always our residents Regards, Management

I apologize for the resident's raccoon issues and what, she believes, is a lack of maintenance follow-up. Unfortunately, in issues such as these, any repairs with this material and financial attachment require approval from the owner of the property. Andrew and Maria are no longer
working for the company, which is why the resident has not received correspondence back, and we were unaware the issues existed because no call was made to the office. We have credited the resident's account for the money spent out of pocket and have removed the lockbox

We have spoken to the resident on multiple occasions in regard to the roof issue and have kept her in the loop at every step I can assure you no one has ever told her that we aren't sure if we are able to resolve this issue; we are actively in the process of acquiring bids which we have sent
to the owner of the building Once we have approval from the owner, our first priority is ensuring this issue is resolved In the meantime, we continue to answer any calls from the resident and assure her that we will, in fact, be sure she is satisfied

The building is now in good hands, as MrAaron R*** and Athena Real Estate Services, LLC is no longer managing the propertyThe owners of the *** *** *** listened to us, saw the negative impact Athena Real Estate Services, LLC made on our lives, and dismissed them as property managersLife is good.*Drops mic*

We cannot speak to the management company before usWe took over this building and since, our cleaner cleans the hallways regularly, the parking lot is always picked up (we have pictures if you’d like them submitted), and Ms*** has not paid us rent for part of April or MayWe have also not
received any documentation from her doctor I personally met her upon takeover and she said she loved her unitShe stated Toward the end of April when we still hadn’t received the remainder of rent, that she paid $and placed it in the drop boxWhen we did not see it, we contacted her via phone where she accused us of raising her blood pressure and is belligerent each time she speaks to our staffThe next time we spoke to her she accused one of our staff members of cashing the money orderShe said she spoke to the place where she purchased it and they told her it was cashed but couldn’t say by whom because their systems were downWe called her back requesting the money order number and the place of purchase and offered to assist her in resolving this and finding out if the money order was cashed and if so, by whom, and we’ve not heard from her since

condo was turned over to the law firm of *** * *** to begin foreclosure proceedingsHis claim of always paying his bills is a gross misrepresentationWhen Mr *** fell behind again in August, as is his typical pattern, he was politely reminded and was met with abusive behaviorAs a result of the previous managers having to begin foreclosure of his condo there is an attorney bill of nearly $in Mr*** possession that is owed to the ownersMr *** has a large balance in his account and gets very angry when prodded for paymentMr *** has always had possession of his unitAt one time he was requesting additional keys which he received within business days even though it is policy for him to bring his account current in order to receive extra servicesMr *** has not brought his account current which is typical of his payment historyMr *** purchased low income affordable housing and rents it for profit so logic would dictate that he should be able to pay his fees associated with this low income project

I am writing in response to case ID *** in regard to alleged bed bug infestation We understand the frustration they must have felt when they learned of bed bugs in their unit; no one wants to move in to a new home and immediately encounter problems. In order to right the wrong, we
called our exterminator, Beds Be Gone and they came out in the next couple of days. They tested positive for bed bugs in the unit so they treated of treatments. The second treatment showed no activity, so it was never an infestation.
