This letter is in response to your complaint, ID [redacted] , to the Revdex.com regarding your misplaced dentures We understand that during your stay at StJohn's Place, you informed the staff that your dentures were misplaced and that after a thorough search, they were unable to be found It is not the policy of StJohns Place to discard any dentures regardless of where they are found, however, if your dentures were lost as a result of the staff at StJohns Place, we sincerely apologize We at StJohns Place take the care of our residents very seriously and strive to provide the best care possible Further, it is our desire to make every aspect of our residents' and residents' families experience as pleasant and satisfying as possible Therefore, we would gladly contribute Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) to the replacement of your dentures and assure you that we will make every effort to ensure this does not happen again with our current and future residents.We thank you for your understanding and the opportunity to improve the level of service that we provide Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me
