This is the worst utility company I have ever worked withI was on the phone for over minutes just trying to pay my billI was passed on to numerous people and one exceptionally rude lady to cited to make this very personal and proceeded to Yellit meDid not need this on my day home with two sick childrenThen when I got pasted to three other people I finally got somebody that would let me pay my bill but they also charge me a $reconnect fee when my water is not even disconnected!!
My wife and I closed on our house on Johns Island on MondayAll utilities were properly transferredJohns Island Water Company turned our water off twice during the same weekThe office explained that they must have lost our paperwork and that we would need to register againThis happened twiceNow, our personal information, SSN, and financial information has been "lost" by a companyWe will be filling a lawsuit and contacting the Secretary of State
