[redacted] did respond to his call and visited the customer in June 2016 to survey the roof and skylights. He then offered to return to do a more in-depth examination to determine if the leak was a result of the roof, or the skylight. It was...

explained in this meeting that even though this customer's warranty had expired, we would try to fit him in the schedule in due course, noting that we were very busy. At no time have we refused to fix it.
This customer purchased his 20 x 8 shed in 2014. Modushed's warranty period after delivery is 1 (One) Year. Labour only. Materials are covered under manufacturer's warranty if applicable.
We are happy to set a date to return.
Also, in our ongoing efforts to continuously improve our customer service, we installed a new phone system in May. Unfortunately, this had an initial negative effect in that the installation created a number of issues regarding lost calls and misdirects. We believe that this was a contributing factor in this particular instance for the lack of immediate communication. This has since been rectified with our service provider and we apologize for any inconvenience this presented to our customer.
Additionally, we now have a dedicated customer service representative who handles all customer requests promptly and professionally. [redacted]
We would very much like to work with this customer for a mutual resolution.

[redacted] I have received NO phone calls from Modushed and NO emails. Modushed knows how to contact me. While I am not surprised by Modushed's response, I do NOT accept Modushed's response. Excuses and more excuses. Moving forward, I DO NOT want Modushed anywhere near my shed and I will find a competent roofer to fix my shed's roof and pay for it myself. In short, [redacted] can talk the talk, but I know the reality of dealing with Modushed. It's just not worth any more energy. Thank you!

No thanks, I'm done with Modu-shed. Dealing with them is not worth all the trouble. I would rather have a professional roofer fix my problem and pay for it myself. Next time I will only choose a company that is accredited with the Revdex.com. Lesson learned. Thanks Revdex.com.
