I am extremely disappointed with Penn Health StJoseph'sEver since the company merged I have had issuesThey rescheduled an appointment at the Women's health services and never informed me of the changeI showed up for my appointment only to be told it had been rescheduled for the following weekThen I had issues with billingI had a bill end up in collections because Penn Health StJoseph's was sending bills to an incorrect address! I was not even aware I had a bill due until the collection agency called meI made a complaint citing that I wanted my address corrected in their system, but they never respondedToday, I called Penn Health StJosephs again because I did not receive a bill for services rendered in AugustI was told the bill for services was sent out weeks agoAgain, the bill was sent to an incorrect addressThe company never corrected the clerical error since I filed the complaintI am incredibly frustrated with the service they have providedAnytime I go to an appointment I am asked to provide my driver's license and verify my addressSo how did billing manage to put the wrong apartment number in their system? This error could have negatively affected my creditI no longer trust this company and customer service has declined since StJosephs merged with Penn Health

is provided with information regarding billing for physician services. The laboratory work performed by the hospital was covered by the patient’s insurance carrier. The reading and interpretation of the laboratory results by [redacted] (“[redacted]”) is a separate service and billed as such by the [redacted].The Hospital has reached out to the [redacted] and they have agreed to waive the balance for this patient.
