I responded to this complaint the day I received it!!!! I'm am not sure why I am receiving this notice that we did not respond but the information is inaccurate. This customer was completely unwilling to allow us to correct a water leak that occurred during constructionWe began the repair and at the time to begin sheetrock, the homeowner, without discussing with us, filed a claim with his homeowners insuranceWe continued to satisfy the customer on the patio cover for which we were contracted and the customer became increasingly pickyI believe the customer did not want to pay the final amount due on the contract and attempted to have us work in order to attempt to run us off the job. When it came time to pay the balance, the customer refused to pay and said he was out his deductible and had to wait and see if his insurance company was going to refund it to himI responded that his deductible was between him and his insurance companyHe never made this request prior and waited until we were 100% done with the job to make the requestAfter I responded, he filed the Revdex.com complaint
In over years of business, not only have we never had a complaint filed, we have literally never had a customer that we couldn't satisfyThis customer was our firstThe rain event occurred the day after framing started and my superintendent covered te affected areas during the rain event to
attempt to minimize damageAfterwards, we offered to repair all issuesIt the customer decided to file a homeowners insurance claimAt this point we attempted to complete the patio cover to their satisfaction but they have been unreasonable and have been looking for a discount/concession each step of the wayThey have now refused to pay the final 15% of the bill even though we fixed all the minor issues they were constantly pointing out
