Review: I asked Mr. [redacted] for the receipt of the fan clutch and he denied my request and he sold me the fan clutch for $152.24,in Auto Zone it costs $58 and all life guarranty and I complained because he sold me the clutch for a very high price and a 6 month guarranty and I do not have the receipt for the fan clutch that I paid for. Angrily, he started to yell to bring the truck and take off the new clutch and place back the old one and then he will return the money for that part but he was still going to charge me the labor work which is $80 but I do not trust him anymore because he might do something bad to my truck. He also lost two caps from the AC so I dont know what to do because it actually is not alot of money and I do not want to discuss this problem with him anymore because he is too rude and gets easily angry. The total cost was $258.19 and he only charged me $238.19 and I payed him with my credit card. Two weeks ago he fixed the AC for my truck and he applied two pounds of gas and in this bill he charged me again to put more gas.

In response to Revdex.com regarding the complaint case number XXXXXXXX.

On the date of July 7, 2013, Mr. [redacted] brought his vehicle to the shop an air conditioner service job was done on the 2006 Ford F 150 4.6 L Lic. o. 8DXXXXX/ Mileage XXXXXX. Stated on the receipt comments was "high side high" and as recommendation was the "fan clutch" also, it was verbally explain to the customer that if he keep using the air conditioner under that condition he could loose some freon from the release valve on the compressor and Mr. [redacted] agreed to that and sign the receipt on the above date.

On July 27, 2013, Mrs. [redacted] brought the same truck describe above and the milage change to: XXXXXX. She came and asked to replace the fan clutch to the truck. The estimate amount of $152.24 for the part (clutch) was presented to her as well as the labor $80.00 and she agreed to it and ask to proceed with the work. After the clutch was replaced the A/C was not as cold as it should be, therefore, the A/C service was provided again 8 oz. of freon were lose, and replaced for $12.56 labor was not charge for that service and a discount of $20 was given to her on the labor so total labor was $60.00 the total amount of the job including parts and labor plus tax was $238.19. Mrs. [redacted] came to pick up the truck, the A/C was tested and she agreed and sign the receipt and left.

On July 29,2013 Mr. [redacted] came to the shop upset requesting to see the receipt from the auto parts to see how much was paid from the shop to the distributor. The shop has a retail license which allows to resell the part at fair market value for first quality parts since the shop gives guarantee on parts and labor.

Mr. [redacted] asked Mr. [redacted] as soon as he arrived if there was any complaint about the job and he said "no" that he was satisfied with the job.
