We asked customer to provide return confirmation receipt, as we have no record of receiving it If the customer provides proof of return, we will gladly issue a refund.

I am rejecting this response because:I never received my return for 2 crosses I purchased in the amount of $63.58. The owner, Russ...

D[redacted], also failed to return any of my phone calls. He indicated in my first complaint that there is no evidence of a refund. Here is the receipt for the refund that I found. Now, I would like any interest charged to the account. The interest isI want my refund in addition to interest on that charge from the date of return at 23.99% as per GE Capital's credit card rate.

[redacted] I have mailed a copy of the United States Postal Service delivery email to the business, this is the only thing I have to prove the item was returned. I did not receive anything from the business to show it was returned ,nor did they tell me about sending anything to them about the return of the item. But I had been told it was received by one of the workers.

Review: Made a return on July 28,2014 was not told at time of Purchase that refund would be by check. Waited for return by mail when did not receive check called shlre an left messages for a week for the manager Ron Davis to call back.Desired Settlement: Would like check as was told by store employee.

Review: A payment in the amount of $236.95 (intended for a company with a similar name) was erroneously mailed to St. Jude Religious Stores, Inc. on February 17, 2012. After more than a year of contacting this company with no results, we have resorted to this report.

Since February 11th of this year I have documented six telephone calls, an email, and a Certified letter signed for by [redacted] at St. Jude Religious Stores, Inc.

According to the representative who answers the telephone, the owner, [redacted], is the only one to whom I can speak about this matter. [redacted] has ignored all communication, and is "not in the office" when I call.

I find it hard to believe that a company with multiple locations has only one person that would handle a matter such as this. I called another location to try to find someone else to speak with and was told that I would need to speak with [redacted] and that he is ALWAYS at the [redacted] location.Desired Settlement: We simply would like our $236.95 refunded.

An apology for disregarding this matter would be wonderful, but we'll settle for our money.

Review: On 4/3/2013 I purchased to childrens celtic crosses for my sons. I returned them the next day and am still waiting for the refund in the amount of $63.58.

I've called the owner of the store, Russ D[redacted], countless times at every one of his stores locations and have left multiple messages, finally even begging for him to return my call, and he has not. The employees who answer the phone just transfer me to his voicemail and claim they have no idea of his whereabouts. I even call from store to store trying to locate him and they always say he is not there. I've tried to get my refund by going through the business and they will not answer. There are surveillance cameras in the store ([redacted]) where I purchased the crosses and returned them that can prove this.Desired Settlement: I want my refund in the amount of $63.58.
