What a scamThey teach their consultants heavy-handed, bullying techniques to sell their productsI purchased the bb cream, powder & blushThe consultant was very pushy & I had to tell him NO times to the skin care line that he wanted me to sellFirst the price of the moisturizer was $but because he was the manager (I've heard this from other companies as well, give me a break) that I could have a discountBy the time I said my 10th no I was told I could get the large face cream with eye cream for only $Seriously? I was shown receipts (some totaling $3000) of other purchases & was told that I was getting a really good dealI really doubt that a person who can spend $on skin care IS not going to shop at a kiosk in the mallI question the validity of the receipt & I question the validity of the product when the company lets their consultants slash prices whilst bargainingReally unhappy with my experience

I purchased bella terra cosmetics from a mall kioskWhile working with the salesman I asked him if I was able to return these products and he avoided the question by just saying, "Oh the only reason people return here is to get help applying the makeup." I was not informed of the no returns policy until it printed on the bottom of my receipt and at that point it was too lateI have never heard of a cosmetics no-return policyWhen a customer asks about the policy, the full truth should be givenThis is very poor customer relations for this business

I purchased a.large dollar amount in of cosmetics at Bella Terra cosmetics kiosk in Post Oak Meal in College Station on March 14, 2018..I wanted to return the oroducts, which I was told at point of sale I couldn't you don't like it, you can bring it back" was direct quote from salesman , who told me he also owned this kioskSo when I went to take it back on March , I realized the bottom of sales receipt had No Refunds," writtenMust return within daysI contacted the corporate office in Houston who told me that if I had any trouble returning products & couldn't return them, to call them back & they would intervene with owner to facilutate resolutiion I spoke with a manager at kiosk who told me the couldn't give my money back, but she could exchangeI refused offer & told her I would contact corporate office, at which time she told me that she could give me another of each items I purchasedI explained I didn't wasn't products, why would I get more? I leftToday I attempted to contact corporate office but can't get answer after multiple attemptsI think this is a scam & fraud, as they did tell me I could bring it back but failed to mention the no refund policyThis company has a pending lawsuit regarding harassment by employees pressuring customers to purchaseI don't know how you can give an A+ to company with lawsuitThank you
