There was no charge for a dump fee because it was not included in the description of the work, nor did we intend to dump or haul off the bags on the propertyIt was never implied that we would, the customer assumed that it would be done and did not think to ask about it until after the property leaves were blown, raked & bagged We charged him the price on the quote, which was for hours of labor, and the cleanup took hours We were unable to remove and dump the bags left for the trash pickup, as it was not included in the original quote and the customer refused to pay any extra It is our standard operating procedure to leave bags and/or bundled trash at the curbside for city trash pickup unless otherwise noted and included on the original quote

I am rejecting this response because:  What offer?  Today all the leave bags up were picked up.   That is good and glad this happened.  However I cannot continence the level of deceit in the responses and will never recommend this company to  anyone.

some rain and scheduling delays, but all of the requested & approved work was completed, including repairing the broken gate latch. [redacted]Throughout the duration of the work being done & re-done in some cases in order to satisfy our customer, I, [redacted], attempted to contact her via telephone & email to address her concerns & to assure her I was working hard to meet her expectations.[redacted]After all work on the written estimate had been provided professionally & completely, outside of the gate latch repair that was scheduled to be completed the following Tuesday, [redacted] was unreasonable & irate, so we contacted a 3rd party, the Arlington Police Department to assess the situation.  The 2 police officers determined [redacted] was to pay us for the services that we had provided and issued her a citation for theft of services, since she refused to pay.  This also goes to show that [redacted] was at fault for not paying for the services that had been provided – totaling $1,744.00.[redacted]We have not yet received payment for the work that was completed on June 16th – as of 7/4/17.[redacted]We strive to exceed all of our customer’s expectations but are unable to if the demands are unreasonable or if a customer tries to bully and refuse to pay a small business who has provided services in the metroplex for over 20 years.  We have over 400,000 registered service visits in the Arlington/Mansfield area alone, and it is unfortunate that we were unable to satisfy this one customer who had stated in her original complaint on our Facebook page that she had been pleased with our service for many years.  We wish the outcome would have been different for the both of us, however in this case it was not possible to come to reasonable terms with [redacted].  Moving forward, we have made some company policy changes and adjustments in hopes to protect us as well as the customer with any approved work or projects.
