poor customer service in speaking with Becky S I was provided with the worst customer service in my life and have the emails to prove it I requested to know who the owner was as I wanted to forward the emails Becky never responded and then today I called spoke to Megan to ask her who it was and got the I can't tell you attitudeif we can't talk to the owner of a company than the company in my opinion is not reputable the issue was I bought a water softener that apparently have a five year warranty but that wasn't the case to fix it they wanted $so I just purchased a new one from a reputable company [redacted] I think in all my experiences with customer service this was the worst one Becky is a manager I just can't believe itI'm sure the company will be reviewing this and if Becky has anything to do with it; this will not be dealt withI just want the owner to be aware of the issue

I have a rental water softener and drinking water system from Canadian Water ConditioningBoth pieces of equipment work greatI would highly recommend this company

I originally bought my water conditioning equipment from another company I always had issues getting that company on the phone and they never showed up for appointments When I first called Canadian Water Conditioning I actually got to speak with a live person and they came when they said they would Ultimately, I had to replace my old equipment but they gave me a few options so I could get something that suited my budget I feel like I got great value for my money because this system works better than my last one

We bought a new water softener from this company in August Six months later (February 2015) it began to leak waterThe problem were faulty gaskets which even the technician admitted should last for years The company only provides a day warranty for service and as such charged us a full service visit to replace the defective gasket, although they did not charge us for the price of the gasket (maybe cost a few cents) that was covered under a year parts warranty The supervisor to whom I voiced my complaint did not get back to me the next day as she promised or even the day after thatI called her back on the third business day and she upheld the decision to charge us the $service charge which includes a charge to use a vehicle to make the service call I find the whole experience to be unacceptable business practice and very poor customer serviceAs such I will not use this company again and I will not recommend it to anyone

This company is great and we have never had an issue with their staff. I am shocked to read anything other than positive. Sounds like the other negative reviews on here are isolated cases because we have other friends and family who deal with this company too and they have never had a bad experience. Unfortunately, you just can't please everyone. They are friendly and knowledgable. Call them.

Good service and clear, transparent communication with me as a customer (i.e. booking of appointment, timely arrival. etc....).
Work was done well and the technician seemed knowledgable.

I'm sure the company will be reviewing this and if Becky has anything to do with it; this will not be dealt with. I just want the owner to be aware of the issue.

The first regular annual service on my new water softener was done efficiently and within the advised time frame.

I bought a new water softener from this company in January 2010. I was pleased with the knowledgeable and friendly staff. I received excellent service - on time, they gave me a great deal, for great products, and provided good advice and an excellent maintenance schedule. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for water softening and filtration services.
