Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This company sold me a bad car, this was not the only issue with the vechileHowever the bigest issue, that response isn't correct, I only spoke with Jack a few times, even with Jack calling me giving me the same run around [redacted] was giving, no bad words was exchanged between Jack and myselfThey want to keep saying how many miles, it doesn't matter I was purchashing the car, whether it happened weeks from purchase or months from purchase, the Company sold me a bad carEach time I called I informed [redacted] I was in a rental and needed my car, even asked if he would just give me another car, this battle went on for over a week, [redacted] kept saying car would be reay, which was never trueI work hard for my money, I want a refund, even paid for insurance on the car Yes I very upset st time all this occured, [redacted] acted very unprofessional throughtout this transactionWhom ever this Lisa person is, I have no knowledge, have never seen , meet or talk to this woman, so How would she know what was said between [redacted] and MyselfI'm moving forward with attorney, I gave them a chance to refund my moneyThey sold me a bad car, [redacted] lied from the day I called and informed about car, they didn't tow the car until Late MondayI just want my money back, this as been nothingbut a nightmare, down to loosing time at workI have everything documented, the TRUTH need no support [redacted] informed me to call him in a few days to check status of car, which I did, by Friday of the same week I called again, was then infomaed they was waitingon a part, but car Should be ready on Monday, which marked a week from when they claimed the car was being repairedThis is a bunch of foolishness, these people know they did wrong, as I said I worked to hard for my money,I woll do what I need to do, I was sold a LemonEven with me being upset, all they should have worried about was repairing that car.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

On 4-21-17, *** *** brought a Gmc pickup to the shop It was towed in for a crank no start We put a new battery in and replaced the positive cable to the starter and new starter Then we had a crank no start The problem was a bad fuel pump Customer
total repairs was $ Vehicle was towed back on 4-24-- we checked out vehicle and found that something internal in the engine came apart and vehicle needed a motor This was nothing to do with any previous repairs This was a no charge tow and check out StLouis Auto and Truck referred Mr*** to StLouis Auto Car Sales to look at the vehicles for sale instead of putting a motor in his truck We were able to get the Chevy pickup he purchased adjusted $and price was $ He was told he would have to get a drivers license in order to purchase the vehicle He came in approximately month later with a drivers permit with an agreement he would get a license within week He called approximately week later with a broken ball joint This can happen from hitting a pot hole, curb, etc We towed the vehicle in and put a ball joint in at no charge Again on 6-26-customer called for a tow and we installed a new fuel pump in at no chargeCustomer picked up the vehicle and stated he would be back with a payment the next Saturday Customer has not produced his drivers license, missed his 1st payment and will be on the repo list at StLouis Auto Car Sales next week Customer called 7-12-and said they were driving the vehicle, the door swung open and they fell out and was at the hospital having surgery on their arm I told the customer to bring the vehicle by to be looked at and still have not heard back My tow truck driver did see the vehicle this morning driving by 7-14-with customer's girlfriend driving Not sure what else we can do

We towed in the vehicle and checked over for safety We installed new tires Ms*** I think is now satisfied and will be picking up the vehicle today. Thank you,*** ***

Ms. [redacted] purchased a car in August of 2014. She call for a tow truck on or around March 13th, 2015.
She said she had a hole in her...

oil pan but it had not been driven. We towed in the vehicle and removed the oil pan to check to make sure the motor would turn over by hand. It did. So we installed a used oil pan for a total charge of $699 including her tow. We built the repair into her car note. So no money was taken from Ms. [redacted]. After she picked up the vehicle, she stated approx 2 miles away the oil light comes on and does not want to run very well. We towed the vehicle back and found that there is internal engine damage from the customer driving the vehicle after the oil pan broke without oil in the motor. The customer says she does not have the funds to put in a motor. Customer is behind on her car note. There really is nothing else I can do unless customer has money to put a motor in or to purchase a new car.
