Renewal efforts for this publication are conducted from our corporate offices in Charlotte, NC. We employ professional sales people with many years of experience and make every effort to treat our subscribers with the utmost care. That didn't happen in this case.
The subscriber's request to stop solicitation efforts was initially coded incorrectly in our system, which resulted in continued attempts at renewal. This account is now coded as Do Not Solicit, meaning they will not receive any solicitation efforts from the St Louis Business Journal.
