RE: *** ***- Case# ***Mr*** has been a patient of my office since and has filed for bankruptcy before, which is not a factor for my office in providing dental care for my patients. My cost for the whole treatment was $7229, due to a holiday special I was offering, I gave
the patient a large discount and only charged him $per extraction (teeth) and $for two (2) sets of dentures. On his signed authorization my lab ordered and completed an immediate denture which is ready for placement after the planned extractions. He was able to get financing for $and insurance would be submitted for which was $and which was annually $1000.I am really unclear as to why a complaint has been filed, because the patient has been in my office in January for a cleaning and exam and never once had an issue with the proposed treatment.
