I am rejecting this response because: When the company removed the granite, they damaged one of our brand new, $250 cabinets. I would like to know how the owner will compensate us for this damage. See pictures attached.

I called the customer and left a message. The customer was asking for $165.00, which I am willing to refund to resolve this complaint.
As I said to the customer, I will refund 100% and take the top back. If he wants to keep it as is, I will write off the balance, $325. Thanks[redacted]
