Ms. [redacted],I apologize for the lack of response on this issue.  The team that we coach in the college [redacted] League is difficult for us to administer because it is outside the normal process of our youth baseball program.  Thus, things drop through the cracks, usually resulting...

us NOT collecting payments.  But, in this case, it is the opposite.  You made the payment and [redacted] decided not play.  [redacted] was not on the roster that I had and I did not recognize the name. So, when you left me messages, I forwarded the message on to [redacted] Baseball under the assumption that you had paid them instead of us.  It was my mistake.We are mailing a partial refund check for $450 made out to [redacted] to your home address at:[redacted]
It is a partial refund because evidently [redacted] did play one weekend and filled a roster spot that was hard for us to replace once the season started.Once you receive the check, could you please notify Revdex.com-St. Louis that this matter is resolved. Thank you and sorry for our confusion on this, [redacted]Director, St. Louis Gamers[redacted]@gmail.com
