We are saddened that the customer has decided to file a complaint It is true that we have been delayed by extremely hot temperatures and rain several times during the period of time since Ms*** signed her contract We have explained that weather plays a part in our schedule.
We have run into a couple of issues during this project, but have addressed them and have worked closely with Ms*** to solve them We have talked to Ms*** no less than times in the last two weeksThe job was completed yesterday, August 3, This job is 100% done and the owner met with Ms*** twice on August 3, At the completion of the project she indicated that she was satisfied with the work that had been completed

Mr. [redacted]' work is 100% complete, and he is satisfied with the job.  He originally had some wood work that needed to be done, so he had to delay a portion of the project we had contracted with him.  When the wood work was done (by others) he called us to have us complete our contracted...

work.  We put him back on the schedule.  In the meantime he sold his home and needed to speed the process.  Unfortunately he didn't tell us that he had sold his house and needed to expedite things, he just sent the complaint to you.  We did get out quickly and complete his work and he was able to sell his home on schedule.  We have spoken to Mr. [redacted] and he has assured us that he is going to go through the process of reversing the complaint.

I want to first apologize for the delay in the start of the project on the gutters.  As of 9/22/2017, the work has been completed for several weeks.  I believe the customer is satisfied with the work completed.

We did install gutters for Mr. [redacted] through a contractor- Missouri Statewide Roofing- in December 2014.
We were not...

contracted to install fascia.
We have returned several times to address Mr. [redacted]'s gutter issues.
We have also offered to do fascia, this work is not covered by any sort of warranty because it was done by others originally. There would be a cost involved if they chose to move forward with it.
In the way of additional information, Mr. [redacted] did purchase gutter guards from our company in June 2015 that he installed himself.

I was contacted by the company and unfortunately the owner was sick and could not get back to me. They are taking of the issue and everything is resolved. I am happy and satisfied after speaking to the business.

I just wanted to let the Revdex.com know that two of Brad's workers named Jason and another man did come out on 3/17 but could not find the source of the leak.  They will speak to the owner and get back with me as to what step will be taken next.

I wanted to respond to the business's response but I had reached out to the business per their response and have been trying to get this matter resolved.  I have spoken to Brad and he had scheduled a worker to come out to fix the leak but he has had to cancel three days in a row due to illness.  He is again scheduled to come out on 3/17.  If he does not come out on Friday, then I will contact the Revdex.com on Monday 3/20/2017 to request to reopen the complaint.

Mr. [redacted] has leaking around his sky lights. We sent out a roofing crew to check it out. the roof is fine.His skylights are leaking.  We tried to fix the problem. We would be happy to send a crew out again and see what we can do. call us at [redacted] to schedule a time. We want to work...

We completed this and he paid on 7-16-15. He called us & thanked us. He paid with a credit card over the phone and Carole remembers this and stated he was very nice.
