For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I have attached a screenshot showing that I do not have full access currently. If after starting the program students are not satisfied with education provided By the mentioned company and have not accessed all the content and it is proven, why must students be made to pay for education they do not want. I have only accessed module 1 and 2 of 12. Also, if no refund will be made after students sign that form it should be more than obvious on THAT form, that once signed there is no refund or getting out of payment and you MUST complete the program even if you are unhappy with the educational content. HelloWe contacted the customer after they said they submitted this claim On the phone, I walked the customer through the places where the terms and conditions were shown to her before paying for the productShe also was mistaken that payment plans are different than full payment options
We have a agreement in place for all tuition options We covered the policy with her and why it is in placeWe have documented email verification that she did indeed open and receive those emails prior to paying for the product We have always had our terms and conditions listed on our website as wellShe has agreed to continue in the program with the product and is looking forward to achieving her goalsShe admitted that she was hoping to see if it was possible for a refund in the first days, but since it is not, she wants to continue using the productWe have appeared to have resolved this issue on our own, after this claim was submittedPlease advise if this is sufficient

We appreciate our customer's concern and are happy to address any questions related to this concern to help explain the agreement she signed and entered into Our previous response provided extensive documentation to the legal agreements that the customer signed agreeing to her tuition payment option and understanding of our no-refund, no chargeback policyTo note, the previous response did have a grammar errorTo clarify, we do not provide refunds once a customer signs and enters an agreement and gains access to their training program In an online learning environment such as is ours that is self-paced, students gain access to all materials up front, including classroom content, mastermind forums, shipped materials, bonuses and other online content For this reason, we do not provide refunds once this material has been accessed and experiencedThe customer mentions she only had access through module 2, but through her online submission and reading of module content, she can progress to module and any module thereafter automatically without constraint due to the online, self-paced, open nature of the contentModule content is not locked and can be automatically accessed with progression through the content at the user's own pace. We pride ourselves in our commitment to our students' success and in our supportive and highly educational environment and we hope that this student will be able to reap the benefits provided in this program

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  Though it does not resolve the issue in terms of offering a partial refund, it does not seem this is an option.  Since I cannot afford to lose this money, I will continue with the service anyways.  But this was not the resolution I was hoping for and still think the organization should consider a partial refund policy.
