[redacted] did come to us on 10/12/2017 and had a consultation with our doctor, had blood drawn and decided to purchased 25 individual doses from us. This patient received a cooler bag and applicator, and two doses of our custom medication when he left on October the 12th with the understanding that...

he was to use the first two doses and let us know how they worked for him. It is normal for our clinic to send two doses to start and wait for a response from the patient before preparing additional doses. This is to make sure they are getting the correct dose and it doesn't need to be adjusted any more. It is our standard practice to call the patient within seven days with blood results to explain them. [redacted] was called on October 19th and a message was left for him asking to call back for blood results and to see how the first two doses worked. He was again called and left a message on October 30th. As of this date, we have no record of this patient returning either phone call. We do still have the blood results and would like for the patient to contact us to give us feedback and allow our clinic to help him with the issues he came here with.

One gentleman informed me that I would never get my money back because I took product out of there. I informed him that would contact the Revdex.com I have tried several times to deal with these people and it always turns out the same. I end up in pain and we end up going no where that this product is suppose to do.

Mr. [redacted] saw our board certified doctor on December 11th, 2015, and purchased 100 doses of medication on that day. Our medication is custom formulated and both Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] were informed that it may take a few doses to get the formula correct. They have had three overall adjustments made to...

the medication and at one point, we were told by Mr. [redacted] that he was at an 80% solution. The same dose was used for almost eight months  and 14 doses were provided to the couple during this time. The last time this clinic has any record of Mr. [redacted] calling in was August 25th, 2017. We would be more than happy to have Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] meet with the doctor so we can get their dosing more refined and customized. I can provide three different forms signed by Mr. [redacted] stating that all sales are final because of the nature of the medication, but we would much rather have the couple meet with our doctor and provide them with the help that they initially came to us for. visit, the patient will not be charged.  This message has remained consist since the day we opened.  This individual did in fact receive a response from the medication in the clinic and elected to purchase a large treatment plan on July 21, 2017.  Upon purchasing this medication, he signed and agreed to the no refund policy on two different pages. Mr. [redacted] also was given the option of paying on a payment plan, that he is currently delinquent on. Mr. [redacted] has been very difficult to get a hold of because of the delinquent account and last talked to our office on February 5, 2018. On February 6, 2018, Mr. [redacted] was sent a response to his refund request (see attached). We have given refunds in the past, but it is mainly because of treatment failure. That is not the case here. The medication has worked and we are willing to make the adjustments necessary to achieve the desired effects for this patient. He was encouraged to come in to the office to make the necessary adjustments and chose not to. The patient has not been heard from since that time. We are sad to hear he is upset but we do have other options available that can help this patient. I placed a hold on my credit card on November 7, 2017 against St. Louis Men's Clinic.  I guess this has been resolved as I haven't received any correspondence from  St. Louis Men's clinic, perhaps I might some time in the future, I guess since you contacted them and [redacted] did,...

maybe they figured it was a losing battle and gave up.  They certainly are not out of any money actually, and they don't need the bad publicity this oculd cost them.

The letter sent to us on August 22nd, 2016, was responded to with a letter from our old Clinic Director on August 25th, 2016, again offering our services and expertise. Though we always prefer to hear from a patient directly regarding their care or any concerns they may have, we do appreciate this opportunity to respond to this patient's particular issue.
The medication this gentleman mentioned being...

prescribed is actually customizable. This way we have the ability to adjust it to his liking and give him the best results available without the need for surgery or an implant. He was unhappy with the medication so we made an exception and absorbed the costs of his doses, and moved him to Testosterone Replacement Therapy. This therapy came in the form he requested, which was cream. His Testosterone levels were closely monitored by the Doctor and were recently increased half way through his care to provide optimal results. We are sorry to hear now that he is once again unhappy but this time with his Testosterone. His cream was compounded for him through a pharmacy and sent to him directly. Medication prescribed for an individual obviously cannot be returned, if any remains and because we did not have the opportunity to speak with this gentleman directly, no credit will be considered currently. We are sadden to hear that we were not able to appease this gentleman but remain confident in our medication, as we have successfully assisted thousands of men in the St. Louis area.
