Complaint: 12427557 I am rejecting this response because: This is the biggest lie and misuse of power that I have seen in a long while. This response just goes to show how they work and how their customer service works. First of all I didn't even attempt to use their ATM until the... second time after going back. Which is why I paid $290 total and I did that only after being advised by the police officers to leave my car there and hope that my property management would actually do the right thing and admit they were both wrong. I was not ordered off of the property by the police at all. As a matter of fact, one of your employees said he would call the cops on me, because I had proven to him that the correct tag was in the window and he started making up statements about me being parked in a church parking lot, which wasn't even close to the truth. I told him to please call the cops as I had already done it. I have picture evidence, I have the police officer that saw the evidence and you are completely making everything you said up and creating a false narrative.As stated before, I went back the 2nd day to get it and then you claimed your ATM was broken as I had $260.00 and you then used your credit card machine which I had just been told that you didn't have and heard you say to several other people and they had to walk out leaving their car with you again for another night. Which led to them having to pay you another $30.00, because your ATM conveniently didn't work (I was told by one customer that she had been there 3 times in 3 weeks and it was broken every time). That in and of itself is a scam. Also, knowing that you have the Credit Card machine proves that you could have ran all of these people's cards and not kept their car 1 more night and charging them more money.I was not asked to leave your property, I was physically threatened to leave your property after I told you I called the cops and the reason I didn't walk out of the gate is because you were trying to force me out and shut the gate so nobody could get back in and see the fact that my tag was there.Also, when I took pics of my car and the correct parking tag, I was threatened to have it taken from me, smashed, and if I didn't stop taking pictures the phone would either go up my as or under your big mans foot. I disagree with everything you said and find it to actually prove my story as you didn't actually answer any of my complaints truthfully and this should show everyone you are not trustworthy and to no do business with you. [redacted] even signed a buyer's guide stating that there were no warranties neither given nor implied. So we did not lie to her about the condition of the car when we do not know the condition of the car. In light of the situation we have already told Miss [redacted] we would refund her money.
