caution, the customer's appeal was accepted and their record cleared There is no motivation to issue unwarranted citations as we value our customers and their hopeful repeated business We do encourage our customers to pay via a mobile payment option for their convenience The customer will be contacted by management to discuss the matter and to provide further clarification

This matter has been resolved with the customer.

This particular complaint does not apply to our company as the individual is referring to a parking citation she received from the CITY of StLouis

We are working towards resolving this matter with the customer.? Based on our records our position is that the customer owes the amount in question however should the customer be able to provide information contrary to our records we will gladly remove the charge.? The customer has been
contacted and we have requested that the customer provide us with the necessary data to resolve the matter.Thank you and please let me know if you need additional information at this time

The customer's parking violation appeal was accepted the day following his request for appeal through our online appeal process.? A valet company that the customer used parked his vehicle on our property and accepted responsibility for the payment of the violation.? Any collection attempts
were immediately ceased upon the acceptance of the appeal
