A system of check and balances are in place which provides a separation of duties from the individuals auditing the lot, collecting funds, and administering the citations Mistakes do occur from time-to-time on both the auditor's part and the customer's part In an overabundance of caution, the customer's appeal was accepted and their record cleared There is no motivation to issue unwarranted citations as we value our customers and their hopeful repeated business We do encourage our customers to pay via a mobile payment option for their convenience The customer will be contacted by management to discuss the matter and to provide further clarification

A valet company that the customer used parked his vehicle on our property and accepted responsibility for the payment of the violation.
