We have used SLR Ice Company for many years The old dinosaur machine that we have has not been working properly for months now When we call for repairs we are unsuccessful in contacting anyone I call the emergency number which I also receive a recording We have paid the company religiously every month up near $ The last time we had a service call the technician informed my partner that he was no longer going to work on the machine, didn't offer to replace it with a newer model, and told us they were going out of business???? Very sad way to conduct business as far as I am concerned unless in fact they are going out of business

I have been trying for three months to get my ice machine fixed They never return phone calls I have only seen the repair man one time and the rest has been leaving phone messages
