St Louis Solutions Firm violated the TCPA on 2/18/2020 by sending me an un authorized solicitation via text. My number has been listed on the DNC list since 2014. I did not authorize this business to contact me in any way.
I received the enclosed letter from the Revdex.com on March 9, 2020 via USPS mail.
The Complainant called into my company on November 13, 2019 at 9:07 am as a buyer of real estate. The complainant provided her phone number and email address at that time. My software program took the call, added her to my contact l I s t at that time with her phone number and email address. I have attached my software history evidencing the same.
On February 18, 2020, I sent out a text to my buyer list with some new properties that I had available. As the complainant had called in and opted her phone number and email address into my software back in November 2019, the text went to her as well. The complainant then proceeded to call me and email me with a threatening email to try and extort me with her "one time only offer" of $1,500.00 to not have her take me to Small Claims Court. I proceeded to tell the complainant that I was contacting my attorney. The complainant has continued to harass me with numerous emails and Facebook messages as well.
As the Complainant called my company initially and provided all her information to me as a buyer in search for real estate, I strongly disagree that the TCPA laws were violated.

I am rejecting this response because:
The respondent has failed to supply me with her attorneys contact information and is flat out lying. I have verification from a third party company that she purchased my information and am ready to supply this documentation upon request This is in NO way an effort to extort monies from her; however I have never given permission for her company to contact me. I am and will continue to pursue this as a civil case and the client will have her time to provide the court with her fake documentation that I opted in. This is not harassment but an effort to settle a civil matter without court. It appears she would rather go to court and so it shall be.

As previously stated, and proof provided, the Complainant contacted my company first on November 13, 2019 and this is the ONLY way she was added to my contact list. I have never once purchased phone numbers for the purpose of cold calling or any other reason. My company has only ever purchased addresses and my third party company will send out postcards to those addresses. My Buyer list only consists of people who have contacted me first and have provided their information to me.
As I have not violated the TCPA laws, have provided proof of the Complainant contacting my company and have never purchased phone numbers, I would ask that the Complainant provide her "proof" evidencing differently.

I am rejecting this response because:
I have chosen to pursue this matter in a civil court. I would ask if you have or have NOT retained counsel as in your previous emails you stated you did however I have not heard from this attorney. This matter will NOT go away and I will ask the court to request telephone records dating back to the last 3 years from this company in addition to me gathering telephone records from my carrier as I am most certain I did not give authorization. See you in court ***. Oh and dont forget our recorded telephone conversation where I have you saying that you purchased a contact list from a third party with my information on it.
