Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: When I first looked at this car with [redacted] **( StLouis Style Automotive)I agreed to pay him $28,for the car if he had all the missing parts [redacted] assured me I would get all the missing parts to the car [redacted] delivered the car to me the next day and told me he would bring the parts laterNow he says he has no partsI also signed a bill of sale when he delivered the carNow he wants me to sign another one that says as isHe has offered me $to settle this but the parts I was promised will cost $ Sincerely, [redacted] ***

[redacted] and [redacted] said I could come and pick up the title .I asked [redacted] to call [redacted] back and tell him I was on my wayAt that time [redacted] said he didn't have the title and if I came to his shop, he would have me arrested [redacted] told me that [redacted] could not keep the title from meI explained to Mr [redacted] that I had sold a car for $17,000and was going to offset the sales tax It's been over months so I can't do that nowI talked to an Attorney, [redacted] and paid him over $But no law suit has been filed.I also contacted [redacted] ( The lady [redacted] bought the car from) She tells me [redacted] only paid her $7,for the carI think [redacted] is a liar and a thiefI would like to have the value of the missing parts$5000.? ? I have the title and the bill of sale for Mr***I have everything ready for him to sign, he just has to come get itI spoke to him today and told him all of this, he asked that I just send him the documents in the mailWhen I told him I couldn't do that, that I had to make sure everything was signed and in order, he told me to go ***? myselfWe had a handshake agreement about the car sale, I did not promise him any car parts because I didn't have anyThe woman who sold the car to me told me I could take any car parts she had available that went with the carWhen he asked about those parts, I gave them to himI don't have any more parts and did not offer him any moreHe bought the car as isI've tried to resolve this with him peacefully, he's been difficult to work with.?

[redacted] assured me I would get all the missing parts to the car. [redacted] delivered the car to me the next day and told me he would bring the parts later. Now he says he has no parts. I also signed a bill of sale when he delivered the car. Now he wants me to sign another one that says as is. He has offered me $1500.00 to settle this but the parts I was promised will cost $5000.00.

The woman who sold the car to me told me I could take any car parts she had available that went with the car. When he asked about those parts, I gave them to him. I don't have any more parts and did not offer him any more. He bought the car as is. I've tried to resolve this with him peacefully, he's been difficult to work with.
