yard. that is not even 30% complete. also I was never told of any injury. I was told he had pneumonia

I was told not to touch the Magnolia tree because you did not want the med caps in it

MR *** promised a refund the first part of July and now it is August 4th and I have not received my $back I believe he has done this with other clients taken their deposits and not performed the work and promised to return the moneyI initially paid him a deposit of $and he only returned a $money orderI believe he wrote a money order so I wouldn't have access to his bank account for garnishment...Please continue to stay on him to pay since he is not returning any of my calls or text messagesThank you...*** ***

We ground the stump out below grade and left everything there. We finally got it cleaned up and found a root we missed. We came back to finish and by then he had gotten someone to grind the root out. We had problems with machinery and weather...

has been terrible. He could have called me and told me. He did call many times before that to let us know we were not there.

I was paid 50% of the contract and did 50% of the work. I was injured and not able to return and would like to end the agreement.

We took down the tree and was going to do the stump for free, but my stump grinder broke down and it was written off.

She was complaining we did no finish the job and she hired another contractor to complete the job. Our truck broke down and needed major repairs. We did not charge her for the removal of the brush. She ended up paying more for someone else to complete the job. We had every intention of going...

back to complete the job. I called her and she did not want to wait and I was okay with her hiring another contractor. We did not collect a payment for the work we did not finish.

several months. Still no money back. How do you still run a business and have no stump grinder. We are asking for 100.00 back and they won't return it.
