I have been a customer for the drafthouse since I was im now starting off with my mother as a kid to a hangout with my friends (present) even family from out of state has gone to this location with me
Here is the problem I usually go to the drafthouse about once a week until last week 07/10/
When I got told im no longer welcome...all because my food wasnt cooked right I usually order buffalo style wings and I partically like them well done aka floatersI do like the texture of the meat when its not fully cooked anyways I politely sent my wings back and asked for them to be cooked longermins later the server came back with a new batch of wings "which I didnt ask for" and the new batch of wings were not fully cookedThen the manager came and told me im longer welcome here because they "cant meet my needs" are you kidding me ???? The drafthouse was my favorite place and ive spent so much money there as a customer im very disappointed that I got treated like that and myny mother in law was in town visiting and experienced the poor service as well
The food here is always good. I love the daily specials and the ones changed monthly. I like to come on my lunch break and sit with my favorite server. She always greets me like a friend and recommends the best food. A restaurant that just makes you feel like family.
