I am in receipt of the above mentioned complaint IDI have had the opportunity to review the issues set forth in the complaint and have spoken with the "customer" *** *** on Monday, March 3rdPlease be advised that ***
*** was not the patient in question, but rather his daughter *** wasBecause this was not made clear to me, it took longer to research the issueOnce it was determined that *** was the patient in question we were able to reach a resolution to ***' issues, and I assured him that I would speak with the associate he previously spoke with, and that I would personally make sure the claim for the medical services in question gets submitted correctly to his health insurance carrier
I assured *** that there would be no negative marks put onto his credit report in relation to this caseHe understood and was thankful for the call that I placed with himI provided my name and direct number so that he can contact me directly with any future concernsThank you for bringing this complaint to my attention
