As a Hospital, we must comply with the State and [redacted] laws. I am unable to confirm or deny that this person or a member of their family was a patient in our facility....

I will say that any time a complaint is brought to our attention, we do reach out to that person directly to resolve any concerns.

I Am attending the wound clinic at st likes and every appointment they run 2 to 3 hours late they make appointments that start at 8 am but the Dr. Does not bother to show up till 9:30 or 10:00. It's no big deal to them ! I had a 9:15 appt. this mourning and it is already 10.21am and there are still 3 people ahead of me.

Mr. [redacted] date of service was 1/13/2016. His insurance company was sent a bill on 1/19/2016, which w feel is a very tmely response. We are unable to control the speed in which other facilities send their invoices. Mr. [redacted] assigned responsibility from his insurance company was as he stated....

Our facility did give him the discount to make the balance due $3900.00, which he paid. Mr. [redacted] was issued a refund in the amount of $2602.85 on 5/2/2016. The amount is as follows:

$3900.00 - Mr. [redacted] paid at his time of service (discounted rate)

$2602.85 - Amount Mr. [redacted] was refunded from St. Luke's Medical Center on 5/2/206

$1031.01 - Amount Mr. [redacted] owed to St. Luke's Medical Center (after discount was applied to what insurane comany stated he owed)

$266.14 - Amount Mr. [redacted] owed for Acct#[redacted] or his preop testing on 1/8/2016
