aware of and is also clearly stated on her invoice.  We go over everything in our shop before any appliances are cleaned and then put on the floor for sale.  If we happen to overlook anything it will pop up within the 60 days and we will come out and repair or replace it for free.  Now we aren't perfect though we try but we still have things break down here and there during the warranty.  We delivered the appliance she purchased from us on 2-10-15.  In the first few weeks she had a couple problems and as our warranty states we went to her house and fixed it for free. Then on 7-1-15 she called with another problem, her machine was well out of warranty by now.  At this point there is a service charge of $60 for us to go and diagnose the problem. She complained about the charge and we explained it was out of warranty, we went ahead and split it with her and only charged her $30.  Her main control board had failed which can be from a number of different things including storms and power surges which we see a ton of.  To replace the control board runs about $375, yes an expensive repair but that washer runs about $800 new and electronics are pricey.  We told her we would do it for just the cost of the part, $200.  I thought that was more than fair being out of warranty.  People need to understand about warranties, we didn't have to do anything for her but I believe we went above and beyond.  I am going to have to respectfully deny her desired settlement on the grounds that we did everything that we said we would contractually and then some.  The offer to fix her appliance for the cost of the part still stands if she would like us to do that.  Than you, Rick
