The manufacturer does not warranty parts that get damaged after installationAs a courtesy, we ordered the damaged part at NO CHARGE and offered to do the labor as well
The replacement part was sent
directly to the homeowner per their request and the part switched out
Since all of this was being done strictly as good will, there is nothing more to be done
