Prior to receiving the Revdex.com Complaint, Mr*** contacted the Florida Public Service Commission regarding having the gas turned onTEC Peoples Gas Credit and Collection Department was able to validate the lease and had the gas service restored on Friday June

The member has overdrawn her account multiple times in StMary’s Credit Union’s fees for NSF Items are properly disclosed, and staff members have tried to counsel her on how to avoid such charges
The disputed charges were for transactions that included automatic monthly
insurance payments and various retail purchases (including several from *** Farms and ***) that caused her account to be overdrawnAs a courtesy, StMary’s Credit Union has already reversed $in NSF charges in February and another $in AprilAt that time, the member was informed that there would be no further rebatesThe member was encouraged to set up e-alerts to notify her of withdrawals and low balances, and in May she was encouraged to apply and approved for an overdraft loan to help her cover monthly shortages
StMary’s Credit Union is willing to reverse an additional $at this time for smaller dollar purchases that resulted in NSF fees
