I’m writing in response to your letter dated 10/27/regarding customer *** *** ***, complain ID *** Our records indicated that we sent medical records, as requested, to Mr*** physician on 11/27/2013, and again on 2/4/2014. Our office was first notified
on 10/27/that records were never received by Mr*** physician. We prepared the records, called to confirm the correct fax number, and faxed the records on 10/30/2014. Of note, this was the same fax number we used on 11/27/and 2/4/2014. We also called the physician and confirmed that, indeed, he received the needed records. A copy of Mr*** records are being mailed to him today, 11/3/2014. I called Mr*** on the phone to express my apologies for any delay, inform him of all that has been done to make sure his records get to his physician. He expressed understanding of the steps we have taken. Please let us know if there is any further information you need to close out this complaint. Thank you for your time and attention.
