Review: I moved to Southern Maryland in early April, and moved into my place April 20th, approximately. Of course one of the first things I had to do was order trash service, so I did. I paid $99 even for what was claimed to be 3 full months of trash and recycling services. It is now May 20th, and I have yet to recieve my trash or recycling bins. Luckily, the last tenants (this is a rental property) left a ** trash bin in the garage, and I have at least been able to use that for trash pickup days, but still haven't been able to do recycling. Since I just moved in, and I have an abundance of packing paper and boxes, it's nearly impossible to get 100% settled without the recycling bin. That being said, I messaged ** and asked them about them doing a bulk pickup of boxes that had NOT been broken down, given I was STILL awaiting delivery of my bins, and was told no, they were unwilling to do that. I did have a few boxes I was able to break down, as I shoved all the packing paper into a few of the other boxes, and I laid those out for pickup, and they were retrieved. After numerous messages to WM (Waste Managemet) I finally called them and asked where my bins were, and they told me that they would be delivered on Monday the 19th of May, without a doubt. Of course this day has come and gone, still no bins. I have paid my $99, and while I am lucky to have service for trash as I came across the last tenant's bin in my garage, that is still not MY bin. The moral being of course being they have not held up their end up the contract, while I have. Early last week, I received a statement from **, with a balance due of $85. I immediately messaged them through the customer service portal, which I had already used numerous times before and had always gotten a response, and still have yet to hear back from them. This last message I sent, that has not received a reply, I asked them why I was being charged another $85 given I had already paid $99 and they still hadn't fulfilled their end of the contract!Desired Settlement: I want [redacted] to cut the excess $85 bill, considering their service start up on their website clearly states $99/90 days - and it appears as if there are no other charges. And I want my 90 days started from they day I receive my bins. As it stands now, I've paid for a service over 30 days ago, and still have yet to receive anything from the company except a request for more money.

Review: I still have not received my trash can and recycle can or had it picked up. I paid over a month ago. So I called up earlier Monday or Tuesday and was told that I will be credited a month's fee and recieve my cans in 2 or 3 business days. I still haven't received my bins and we have trash from moving piled in our garage. I have had to go where I work to throw out some trash but after moving I am at the end of my rope.Desired Settlement: I want my cans as soon as possible and a guarantee that my trash and recycling will be picked up in said cans no later than Wednesday this week.
