I went to hospital in California, after in nessesary surgeries were performed at Renoun and Renoun put me in a basement for ten days after sending my pancakes back for allergies in a heart ward. To keep these infractions from going onto reports people are put on busses in the middle of the night cloaked by darkness and these people are just mistreated and miss diognosed. 4 states said I have nothing wrong with my heart. Two of the doctors were observed by hospitals, one Dr Coutinho in Montana was a one stop heart shop. In and out all treatments finished over night. They fined them until they cameinto compliance and absorbed him into the hospital setting and all services are now dragged out like they do to us now. I was slammed into a wall and they transferred me to Reno at st. Mary’s Hospital, getting the heat off Renoun but I was captured and they put a pace maker in me when Four drs in four years said my heart is fine. I was a commercial diver and athlete. I had no heart trouble at all when I went in but I’m I distress now and my heart rate is way higher than I’m used to as a meditated and former diver. After, not before the surgery they handed me a brochure that said if I’m athletic or meditate I may not need the procedure. I was awake for three days and they would not allow me to sleep making me over tired and at that point I’d sign any thing to be allowed to sleep. I told the doctor the surgery was unwanted and in needed. I am athletic and meditate and I always had low bp. I called the hospital and every hospital in Truckee and Reno that was involved in this kidnapping and naming. None of them will call me back. The pace maker is painfull and disturbing my health. It vibrates in the am like a butterfly and increases as the day goes on until I lay down. All my heart symptoms I had were mental stress from mean people. My ex husband went to Renoun and they left him I fed for three days. He could not lift his arms after neck surgery. He called me wrapped in tubes and wires. I traveled 30 miles . Parked and found his room. He was hanging off the bed wrapped in rubbing and stuck still after an hour. And his morphine was puddles on the floor. No one cares in hospitals. Drs don’t even know what gluten is, really? No dr will call me or take this painfull cyborg machine out of my chest even after I told them it was not wanted or needed. My mother came like I was kid in school misbehaving. Then she never spoke to me again. Cops are harassing me, people are attacking me with shovels and the entire popular is on heroin or crack. Our country is frying from microwave phone tech and no ones doing a Damon thing. Global warming are microwave towers. Cancer patients pee in the toilet and it says flush twice? Why? Because it’s Radiation. So they put it right back into the water table. This isn’t an accident. Flush twice is proof they know there’s radiation there. They polite for free and your fined for every thing. We pay for water for God sake. Stop signing petitions and stop voting. This isn’t about life, it’s about death and accessing your account monies in your ssi accounts. They took my income for my isband and now just want me dead I’m convinced there is no real medicine out there in big buildings ran by heartless rich people that are taught procedures not real medicine. No dr gives pills that fix much of anything it’s all symptom suppressors so u die with out complaint. I had bladder cancer. I didn’t go to the dr. I saw them kill the people in the trailer park behind my house and they crushed their homes. Cancer patients and people just out of comas and on hard times. They crushed their homes.I have a venue to sell years of photography but there are no programs to help us get our lives back . They just want us broke and dead. Drugs are brought in and in large amounts. It puts your families with a stumbling block that fills the prisons so they can charge their accounts for housing. Taxes? Where do they go? Where’s the law ? There isn’t one. Bar association was started in just that. A bar. Your the walking dead. Great gag! Hospitals are bigger. Microwave towers are cooking the earth and to all of you sleepers it’s just Tuesday. They had antigravity in 1920 so who’s flying around up there? Really? What the hell ever Satin.
I’m in distress from high heartrate and fluttering pacemaker that beats so fast I feel like I’m dying. They never addressed the pain in my shoulder or me being abused and hitting a wall. Not one word. They just want rid of the elderly and want to do procedures for our trust accounts they don’t tell you how to access. Why do we have to pay for water to drink? Why did the drinking fountains get taken away and pay phone booths? Why do do pay yearly to have a busness licence every year instead of once? Why do we pay to drive when we have a right to travel. Why do they advertise disease and pills on tell u a vision tv. Why do drs put in pace makers in meditates and athletes then not say it’s a mistake like thief brochures do? Why will no dr call us back when this contraption in my chest feels like it’s killing me? Not one dr. Not one hospital. Not one. Not in California not in Nevada. Not one government program will help me get back into a business that already have clients waiting for a web site. Not in 9 years has any govt agency or program helped me understand the process. The buildings just take notes and put u in distress that they note and hold against is. Why are we getting fined and feed every time we are in the road with no victim there is no crime but cops fly those lights for nothing taking needed funds from people just trying to get to there destination. Now that out languages have been found to be mixed up we’re just babbling in a backwards language. Why is District of Columbia running the country and our kids all addicted to drugs that are imported. Why was alcohol and marijuana’s leagalized? To fill jails and cause a stumbling block. Why are scrips expired called a drug offense? Is that why there’s expectation? Why are the companies being told to dump drugs down the toilets ? Really ? Who’s ideas are these? Wake up folks. Did not treat my pain adequately. Arrived in ER for suddenly developed cellulitis of lower leg (without injury). They prescribed oral ABX and gave me an IM of anti inflammatory/pain med that was not effective. Sent me home crying in pain. Assured me that the cellulitis was confined to the skin and easily treated. Three days later, no change and I'm heading to Urgent care for treatment evaluation.

I wish I could only tell you that the the doctors, nurses, and staff are unfriendly and incompetent, but it gets worse. If you try to do your due-diligence as a patient and get a quote for the services you are about to receive, you have to call 18 people until you are able to piece together an estimate of what they think they will charge you. After you have your service performed and your bill comes back over 2.5 times higher than quoted, they will put you in touch with a Claims Denial Manager to voice your concerns. I wish I was lying about this person's title. The Claims Denial Manager will tell you they will try to help you cut your bill down, when in reality they will NOT uphold their previous quote, they will NOT return your phone calls, and they WILL send your bill to collections before they get back to you with a, "There's nothing we can do to help you. You need to pay your bill." These people are the WORST.
Not to mention, on another visit to this hospital, there was BLOOD all over the bed when I brought my immune-compromised family member into the ER for help. So unsafe and disgusting.

Review: St. Mary's hospital has not sent medical record information to my current doctor or me as I have requested repeatedly. I first began asking for medical records in October of 2013.Desired Settlement: I want a copy of my medical records, and I want them sent to my doctor. It's against the law not to send them, but St. Mary's won't for some reason.

I’m writing in response to your letter dated 10/27/2014 regarding customer [redacted], complain ID [redacted] Our records indicated that we sent medical records, as requested, to Mr. [redacted] physician on 11/27/2013, and again on 2/4/2014. Our office was first notified on 10/27/2014 that records were never received by Mr. [redacted] physician. We prepared the records, called to confirm the correct fax number, and faxed the records on 10/30/2014. Of note, this was the same fax number we used on 11/27/2013 and 2/4/2014. We also called the physician and confirmed that, indeed, he received the needed records. A copy of Mr. [redacted] records are being mailed to him today, 11/3/2014. I called Mr. [redacted] on the phone to express my apologies for any delay, inform him of all that has been done to make sure his records get to his physician. Review: On March 8 and 10 of 2013, I went to pay the St. Mary's Hospital in my state that I owed money to. On March 8, 2013, I paid $20.00 on my debit card to [redacted]. I was not paying attention to the website address and paid that amount on that website and the money was taken out of my debit card on March 11, 2013. I was recently married and my husband paid $61.16 from his debit card to St. Mary's Hospital in Madison, WI as well through the same website. That money was taken out of his debit card on March 11, 2013 as well.

In May 2013, I realized my mistake of paying the wrong hospital twice, so I called the Madison, WI billing office. I spoke to a representative named, Leonard, and told him that I was never a patient at that hospital. He even looked up my account number, and my account number was never associated with the Madison, WI hospital. That same day, I emailed Leonard all of the emails I received from the hospital after paying on the website, and pictures of the hospital taking both of the payments out of our banking accounts. Leonard told me that his manager would take care of this and I would be refunded.

Earlier in July 2013, I called the hospital business office again, and spoke to someone who talked to her manager and they both located the emails I sent Leonard (he was not there that day for her to speak to him personally). The woman took my phone number and address and told me that the woman in charge of refunds, [redacted], would refund me shortly. Today, July 29, 2013, I called the hospital again to ask when I would be refunded, and the representative, [redacted], told me again that Leonard was not there and he could not talk to him about my refund. [redacted] took my phone number. I told him that this was my third time calling the Madison, WI billing office and I told him that I was told that Roxanne was in charge of refunds. He told me there was nothing he can do without Leonard being there.Desired Settlement: I want the $20.00 to be refunded back to my bank account, and the $61.16 to be refunded to my husband's bank account.

Our records indicate that both the $20.00 and the $61.16 payments' were

credited back to the credit cards on March 12, 2013 - the day after the

customers made payments via our internet site. Our posting team

couldn't locate an account number, so they immediately credited the

payments back.

Per our processor, Merchant ESolutions, although we credited the

account, it is the bank that processes the transactions. Therefore, we

are in the process of contacting the customer directly to obtain the

last 4 digits of the card numbers to ensure that the transaction went

through and to assist them if they did not. We will provide an update

when we have either been able to verify the appropriate transactions at

the bank level, or have assisted the consumer by providing documentation

for their bank.
