St. Mary's Medical Center

I received dangerous lack of care from the pain management department. They took me off my working medicine ([redacted]) and offered me NO alternatives because I have heart and neurological issues and can't take [redacted] etc due to past reactions from them. I have been housebound the last month after seeing this department (doctor Q[redacted]) and have lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks but still no options given and they acted like it was MY fault their physical therapy department wasn't taking new patients. Was told to go somewhere else and given less meds than I should have to cover me on the "taper" plan. I even offered to have them call on my behalf to get me into physical therapy but they would not. There are also errors inmy medical records and symptoms/office exam results have been omitted. These people need to be investigated. [redacted]
