the complaint back but all her issues were resolved before we received this letter. Thank you and have a wonderful day.
Review: I originally brought my car to this service center because my air conditioning as not working. I was told that my AC compressor was bad and needed to be replaced. They replaced it, and it still didn't work. [redacted] informed me that it needed a sensor that cost $25, but took 4 hours to install, and that I would be allowed to make biweekly payments to them because I could not afford the cost up front. I took my car to them on a Thursday morning at 9am on a prior agreement that the car be finished that day because the following day, May 23rd I would going out of town until Monday May 26th. [redacted] understood and said that was fine. I called them at 5:45 Thursday evening and was told no one had touched my car until late afternoon and that my car was sitting in the shop with the dash taken apart and the mechanic as gone for the day, but that my car would be done by noon the next day. I called the next day at 11am, and was told then that my car hadn't even been TOUCHED yet. I told them that this was unacceptable and that the was NOT what I was told previously any of the times I had spoken with [redacted] about my car, and that I needed to leave to go out of town and now had no car. I also made it clear that I was not paying for more than 4 hours of labor which was what I was originally quoted. We ended up borrowing someone else's car and the garage had my car from Thursday 9am until Tuesday May 27th. When I arrived at the shop I was told I STILL did not have AC but I told them I didn't care and that I was taking my car anyway. I have a job to get back to. Ten minutes later they walked in and told me they had the AC working. Then they informed me what the total was that I owed, and I had to explain to them that [redacted] had already told me that I could make payments to them, something he hadn't bothered to tell anyone about. So I had to wait another 15 minutes while they made phone calls to several different people trying to get the ok to allow me to make payments, something that someone had already told me I could do 2 weeks prior to all of this but due to all of the lack of communication in this place no one else seemed to know about. Once they had that settled, I was finally able to leave with my car, and after I drove away I realized my steering wheel is crooked! I have to drive with my steering wheel completely turned to the left just to drive straight. So they created a new problem. And then today, as I was driving home from work, I turned on the AC and it only blew out warm air the entire way home. But they were already closed before I even got off of work so I couldn't call them about it. But I have dealt with so much crap from this place and still I'm sitting here with my problem NOT fixed, and they have added a NEW problem onto my list and a $367 bill. For doing NOTHING to my car, but putting me out and causing me stress!Desired Settlement: I don't want to be billed for anything they did to my car. They didn't fix the problem, they put me out of a car for 6 days, and they created an additional problem with my steering wheel. I do not believe I should have to pay for any of this. I refuse to allow them to fix the problem because I do not want them touching my car again. I will take my car elsewhere to have the problem fixed.
