The customer told us that she went on vacation to Jamaica (days after she got done with her nails and pedicure with us)We told the customer that this has never happened to us beforeUsing tanning lotion or body oil could have affected her nails. Our policy for guaranteed work is only for to days after the work is completedThe customer must call to notify us within hours. We tried to be nice to customer and we agreed to fix what we did weeks ago, just like white tips and clear gel to make it go back to normalWe sat her down at nail station and started to file down her nails and then she turned around and told us that she wanted to refill both hands and do a new set for free without paying the differenceWe tried to explain to the customer that we only fix what ever we had done for her in the last weeks, We told her that we would not do a full set for free because it was not within our guaranteed time policy and she never called to let us know of problemShe then got upset and stood up from station and started to scream and yell while we had other clients in the shopWe do have witnesses to this incidentThe customer also claimed that she would call the TV stations and put this on *** and talk bad about our businessShe walked out of the shop and left.My business if here to take good care of every customer, and would like to see that everyone is happy with the work that we do, but we do not want someone to come here and try to take advantage of a bad situationWe have a business to run with employee compensation, taxes, utilities and etc. This is out statement and it is all trueWe are explaining to you and are hoping that you can help us out with this Situation.Thank you,

May 18, 2015Dear Revdex.com,I received a letter from your office about a client complaint (ID #[redacted]),
On the date of 3/20/2015 we did service for [redacted]. We did a pedicure and a french gel manicure. The work came out very good on that day of 3/20/2015. After more than 2...

weeks, the customer came back to our shop and complained to us that her gel nails turned yellow. We looked at her hands and her nails. They had grown longer and the gap between her cuticle to her manicure was about 4 inch gap. it was time for a refill or to do a new set. We asked customer how and where did it happen? The customer told us that she went on vacation to Jamaica (2 days after she got done with her nails and pedicure with us). We told the customer that this has never happened to us before. Using tanning lotion or body oil could have affected her nails. Our policy for guaranteed work is only for 1 to 2 days after the work is completed. The customer must call to notify us within 24 hours.
We tried to be nice to customer and we agreed to fix what we did 2 weeks ago, just like white tips and clear gel to make it go back to normal. We sat her down at nail station and started to file down her nails and then she turned around and told us that she wanted to refill both hands and do a new set for free without paying the difference. We tried to explain to the customer that we only fix what ever we had done for her in the last 2 weeks, We told her that we would not do a full set for free because it was not within our guaranteed time policy and she never called to let us know of problem. She then got upset and stood up from station and started to scream and yell while we had other clients in the shop. We do have witnesses to this incident. The customer also claimed that she would call the TV stations and put this on [redacted] and talk bad about our business. She walked out of the shop and left.
My business if here to take good care of every customer, and would like to see that everyone is happy with the work that we do, but we do not want someone to come here and try to take advantage of a bad situation. We have a business to run with employee compensation, taxes, utilities and etc.
This is out statement and it is all true. We are explaining to you and are hoping that you can help us out with this Situation.
Thank you,

Review: On December 18,2013 Went into salon for a manicure. The manicurist proceeded to cut my cuticles and as a result cuticles were bleeding. She assured me that I would be fine. The next day December 19,2013, fingers were very sore and painful. I called the salon but the manager was not in. The manicurist apologized but did not seem very concerned . They charged me $ 30.00. I would like to be refunded the $ 30.00.Desired Settlement: A credit to the credit card charged
