Review: I was charged with a Emergency charge equaling nearly $1,000 without EVER being told anything about it & specifically stated that I wouldn't sign the initial document if it would exceed $200-$300 and was assured that it would not. (I definitely wasn't given any quick treatment of any kind or any special care) Also before I singed the treatment document I made it EXTREMELY clear that I wouldn't sign it unless I was told what drugs I was given and warned before given them as well as consented to them. I was given drugs in my water right away without ever getting a warning or being informed what drug or drugs they gave me, even to this day! They repeatedly lied to me and besides the Psychologist had horrible ethics, customer service, and cared nothing about the patients. I could hear them gossip negatively about the other patients & it was obvious they were bad unethical careless people who had no right interacting with anyone!! Was a unorganized careless unethical place that cared absolutely nothing for the patients & should be shut down!Desired Settlement: I would like the Hospital to take away the unethical Emergency visit charge as I was never informed about it EVER & specifically asked about charges before signed anything and was told my total would be under $300 before I signed, otherwise I wouldn't have signed. Also I would like an apology from the Hospital for lying to me repeatedly & giving me unknown drugs without my knowledge after I specifically told them I wouldn't sign the treatment paper unless informed before given drugs.
