St. Paul Veterinary Clinic

I took my dog in last week after I noticed she wasn't feeling well. Dr. S[redacted] saw her and eventually sent her home saying she was fine and would be better in a few days. I ended up calling back two days later for them to say I never brought her in. After going back and forth with the lady I was hung up on. Today she went back in. The receptionist Miranda got nose to nose in my mothers face as if she was going to hit her. Dr. S[redacted] again saw my dog and stated she was going to die. That she should have been brought in earlier. yet I was just in a week prior and he told me nothing was wrong? He performed tests and blood work, billed me and sent me on my way. He did not care to help my pet from the beginning. I was just a dollar sign. He lied to me on top of the staff being rude and cold. They wanted to treat the symptoms and not the actual problem, to keep you coming back and racking up additional charges. He failed my dog. 30 minutes after coming home from there today she died! Within a few hours I have spoke to many many people who have encountered this same treatment and have had this exact situation happen with Dr. S[redacted]. Please investigate this place! These animals deserve a voice!!
