In response to the complaint After viewing the dates of the complaint and looking at the file it does appear to have taken more than usual time to process their applicationThe company was in the process of updating the application's on line, so we did have them redo their application'sViewing the prior Manager's notes it seems that there was documents that were requested from MsSmith.( proof of child support) On 1/they did pay their credit check fee of $dollarsTheir desire move in date was 2/and we were not able to process them until the 11th of February and get them moved inAs to date, they are fine and we haven't had an issues that the office is aware of Thank you

Their desire move in date was 2/9 and we were not able to process them until the 11th of February and get them moved in. As to date, they are fine and we haven't had an issues that the office is aware of.

Review: We have been trying to rent an apartment for almost 2weeks every piece of paper work that they have asked from us we have gave to them incliding a deposit to hold the apartment. And we have left messages. We have gotten some responds. But its always corporate has to make a decsion. And when we have asked for corporate. They said that they cant provide that information to us. And our lease at oir present expires on feb,9.Desired Settlement: We want to know why we havent been able to rent the apartment if all our information is turned in.
