St. Vincent's Hospital Billing Dept

I have been receiving erroneous and unsolicited telephone calls from St. Vincent Hospital on my pre-paid cell phone for someone that is not me.I have been receiving erroneous and unsolicited telephone calls from St. Vincent Hospital and other third party companies they hire on my pre-paid cell phone ([redacted]) regarding recent medical care, for surveys and bill collection for a [redacted]. This is not me. I have not been to that Hospital since 2002 and have been living in Texas for the last 2 years.I have contacted St. Vincent Hospital numerous times, [redacted], the company they hired to do the surveys, and [redacted], which owns the hopsital all to no avail as these calls keep coming in. These automated calls sometimes have no option to talk to a person to let them know they have the wrong number. In regards to the surveys I received multiple calls each day for 13 days, totalling 27 calls before they temporarily ceased, only to start getting calls again a week and a half later. They are in clear violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act as well as other possible state and federal statutes.Desired SettlementI am seeking for these calls to stop and for St. Vincent Hospital to correct their records to remove my phone number from that account so I will not get calls from them or other companies they hire to makecalls, as well as statutory compensation for the calls.Consumer's Final Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)St. Vincent Hospital has contracted with [redacted] for the survey robocalls and [redacted] has made these calls based on the information provided by St. Vincent Hospital. Their claim that there is nothing they can do about it is false because they can provide [redacted] with the correct information regarding the phone numbers. In regards to other statements in their response I am not even remotely confident that thses calls will not recur as they are not even sure what they have done to correct any issues.
