Mr*** came into our office and signed a cancellation request on Friday 12/9/Since leaving the office that afternoon this is the first we have heard of complaints regarding The *** InsuranceHe did a change on his policy on 11/that increased his premium and they sent out a separate
bill for that on 11/14/2016. This bill was sent to his mailing address and also it was emailed to him directly from *** *** That payment was not made so the policy did cancel on 12/1/for nonpayment (see attached).He made the payment on 12/5/which reinstated the policy for him. There was also a payment that was drafted for the renewal on 12/8/2016. We have contacted The *** and are having the refund check sent here to our office for that payment since he has signed the cancellation request. This in turn will be enable to us to cut Mr*** a check here for what was taken out of his account. In speaking with the supervisor at The *** they are going to see if they can go back and reinstate the policy with no lapse in coverage from 12/1/2016-12/6/2016. All of the issues that Mr*** is having is with The *** not with us here at Able Insurance and we have gone up and beyond today to try and resolve any issues with The *** that he may have. We have left Mr*** a message as well as emailed him but at this point in time have not spoken with him. We have also copied him on this response so that he will be fully aware of the work we have done on it today for him.We pride ourselves in our customer service here and feel that this complaint should have been against The *** and not Able Insurance
