I was contacted by phone from a representative of the S.A.A.R.T.LLC regarding a home business . The gentlemen I spoke with was named so he stated was [redacted]. The date was about the 18th or 19th of December. After speaking with Mr. [redacted] and having $300.oo debited from my checking account. I thought about this business and I realized I could not really afford this adventure. I immediately called Mr. [redacted]. I was unable to speak with him I have tried calling this business for at least 20 or more times. I did speak to a lady by the name of Ms. [redacted] in Customer Service. She assured me someone by the name of [redacted] or something like that would call me. Today is January 9, 2013. No one has called me yet. I have asked a refund of $300 for at least 20 times. I have yet to receive
my refund.
