Worst company ever! DO NOT BUY FROM! Customer service is non existing. Items on sale are non-returnable but don't tell you that when purchased. They just rob you of your hard-earned money! Shipping is the worst and especially when you pay extra for 2-day shipping, yea right, more like 2-week shipping! Should have stuck to Amazon instead. I will spend every waking hour of my day warning people until they close their doors! I got time. Oh yea, don’t believe the reviews on the web site, couldn’t leave one and funny how they are all short reviews and always 5 stars!

I purchased products and my order was doubled which they charged me for. I immediately emailed them and Facebook messaged to let them know what happened. Calling was a joke as I couldn’t reach a live person. After nine days they chose to respond to my emails. I’m sure that was to make sure the product was delivered to give me no other option. The cancellation policy is very clear just didn’t realize they would SCAM me at the check out and double my order. I will not do another business transaction with them.
I was really hoping they were going to correct it the 1st time. They did not but were super quick to respond to me email within a day after letting me know my order doesn’t qualify for return. It truly saddens me that is the way they represent themselves and conduct business.

Got charged $17 and $31 for the same exact product and did three to five day shipping and got it three weeks later the product is super cheap it’s not the right material that would even make you sweat and they don’t answer the phone and no refunds.

I never received my product and I got no response from any of the many emails and message left to them about receiving my product but they have not problems keeping my money. They cannot even respond to the BBB, which says alot! If you are a good business and stand by your products and customer service you would have no problems making contact. Shady company!
